![]() Meetings are second Wednesday of the month, 2pm -5pm in Glenridding Public Hall. Each meeting involves a business session, a competition, tea and talks. All talks start at 3pm and all visitors (women and men) are welcome to attend. Once a year (in March) we provide lunch for all those aged 70 or over in the area. In 2015 over 50 people attended ; the lunch was held on a wonderful spring day and we were delighted to see so many people. This year the lunch was held once again in the more traditional month - March - as the hall repairs that were happening in 2014 have been completed. If anyone knows of over 70 year olds or people about to be 70 who might be 70 in the year ahead please contact Margaret Boothroyd so the WI can be sure to invite them to next year's lunch Our programme in 2015 is the Wednesday monthly meetings and and our monthly walks. Also see the "Whats On" listing for the talks at the monthly meetings
The full 2015 programme for meetings and for walks is now available All queries to WI Secretary Lynn Kelso
