Patterdale Health Walks (PHeW!)

COME AND JOIN US!

What is PHeW!
Patterdale Health Walks (PHeW!), established in 2006, is an open and independent voluntary walking group and is also an Accredited Scheme under the umbrella of the Natural England "Walking for Health" Initiative.
We meet every Tuesday at 2 p.m. either at the Patterdale School (CDC) or the Glenridding Public Hall - please see the current walk programme opposite

All of our Leaders have completed the Natural England Volunteer Walk Leaders training and at least two Leaders are on each of our Walks.

All our Health Walks are at low levels, risk assessed, have no stiles and are mainly on countryside tracks.  They last approximately one hour and are followed by light refreshments.
Anyone is very welcome to join us -  come along on any Tuesday just before 2 p.m. -
See Walk Programme opposite
If  it is your first time please come
10 minutes early.

Committee Members:
Veronica McGloin (Chair/Co-ordinator)
Sandra Bailey (Secretary)
Ann Burrell (Treasurer)
