Results of Speed Tests

The information shown on this page was created before fibre broadband became available in the dale. The predicted speeds shown are still valid for those still using the old ADSL service.

The chart below shows the ADSL results we had received up to Jan 2015. The width of the grey sections shows the proportion of locations that are within each of the predicted IP Profiles. The red sections are the measurements that people have sent to us, plotted inside the profiles they should be getting. We will update these charts as more measurements are sent to us.

We have prepared a help page for those whose speeds are much lower than they should be, this describes some of the things you can check yourself.
